Updated owner information and mailing address changes are a vital component to ensuring tax bills reach taxpayers in a timely manner, which is important to all, as penalties exist under state law for late payment.


For this reason, the Quincy Assessors have created this electronic submission portal to ensure timely and efficient updating.


Please note that the Assessors’ Office cannot change a mailing address unless the property owner signs and returns this E-Form with proof of identity and address (generally by submitting a copy of a government id).


In addition, it is Quincy’s policy to mail the tax bill directly to the property owner, and not to any bank, mortgage company, or financial institution.


In this way, the property owner becomes aware of any changes to the tax bill.


To prevent unauthorized changes, address name changes cannot be made by telephone.
